Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter or Margarine, softened
  • 1.5 Cups Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2.75 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup English Toffee Bits
  • 1 Cup Pecans, chopped
  • Note: I added less nuts and 1/2 C White Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or til lightly browned. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks.

Yield: 3.5 dozen
