Love Notes Cones

A note is tuck into each of these sugar cones before
sealing with a stack of meringue cookies

Step 1

HOW TO MAKE THEM:
Send a secret message your loved one with a
cone of the non drippy variety.

1. CHOOSE YOUR WORDS Print love fortunes on paper
and cut them into strips. Roll and tuck a note in the
bottom of a cone. Sprinkle a few nonpareils inside as
a surprise.

2. MAKE COOKIE "SCOOPS" Using a pastry brush,
coat the bottoms of two store bought meringue
cookies with melted chocolate chips and stick them together.

3. SEAL YOUR NOTE Coat the top inside of the sugar cone with chocolate, then set the meringue cookies on top.

Allow the chocolate to set before giving or eating.
