  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease cookie sheets.
Cream together 1 cup confectioners sugar and butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Combine flour, salt, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Stir into creamed mixture to form stiff dough. Shape into 1" balls.
Mix 1 cup confectioners sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Roll balls in cinnamon mixture. Bake for 15-20 min or until nicely browned. Cool on wire racks
