- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar

Step 1
Position a rack in the centre of the oven and heat the over to 425F. Arrange the bacon slices on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle both sides with the maple syrup and then sprinkle both sides evenly with the sugar. Bake until browned and crisp, 20 to 22 minutes.
