Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 1 loaf frozen dough (thaw overnight)
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp.cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup confectioner sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Allow dough to stand at room temperature on lightly floured surface for 1 hour. Roll to 14x8. Spread with all but 2 Tbsp. butter. Fold in thirds. Turn so open end faces you and roll again. Repeat.

Combine nuts, sugar, cinnamon in small bowl. Spread remaining 2 Tbsp. butter & sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon. Roll jelly roll style. Place seam side down on greased jelly roll pan and shape in circle. Make cuts from outside 1" apart. Turn each section. Cover and let rise until double. (1 hour)

Bake 350* for 25 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with glaze.
