Ingredients
- 1 loaf of dry broken bread
- 1/2 cake pan of corn bread
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Stalk celery
- 1 whole small onion
- 1 tablespoon of sage or season with sage to taste
- Moisten with part of giblet broth and water and get fairly soggy. Bake 350 degrees until brown on top and dressing appears done.

Step 1
Turkey:
Salt and pepper and butter inside of turkey with melted butter.
Don't cut tail off turkey. Cris-cross lets around tail and wrap twines around them. Push turkey wings together and wrap twines around the wings and turkey.
Take one yard of cheese cloth--dip in melted butter and a little water. Drape over turkey even down around legs. Keep cheese cloth moist while baking.
1/2 hour per lb for stuffed turkey 350 degrees for stuffed turkey or 325 degrees. With good oven 325 would be better.
