Ingredients
- 2 cups scalded milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 pkg yeast
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 8 cups flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add other ingredients, use mixer to combine. Use counter mixer with a dough hook. Knead let rise punch down and let rise again. Make into balls and place on cookie sheets sprayed with Pam and Bake at 350 until golden brown.
The way that I make these is a little different but much easier to me. I mix all of the ingredients as stated above but I do not knead the dough. I mix and then put it in the fridge overnight in a very large bowl. The next morning I make the dough into rolls and let rise until light and raised. They will rise and double in size as they bake.
Butter tops after baking.
