- 2 packs of gelatin

- Optional- Toothpicks & olives

Preparation
Step 1
1. Lay celery stalks in a long dish and secure them so they will not move around and spill.

2. Mix next ingredients and let set a little while
Heat until gel begins to form.
3. Let it cool down.

4. Stir in Vodka
5. Use a small funnel to pour the mixture into the celery cradles.
6. When jello sets, take them out and cut into "2 bite" pieces.
7. Can put olives on toothpicks and stick into the Bites.
