  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium chopped
  • 2 T olive oil
  • Handful of sugar
  • Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried basil to taste
  • Sweet Italian sausage
  • MEATBALLS
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3/4 bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup milk - mix with bread crumbs
  • 1 cup of prepared sauce
