- 1 pound butternut squash, diced
- 1 cup walnut halves
- radicchio, very thinly sliced
- sage, very thinly sliced
- butter
- honey?
- cinnamon?
- pecorino romano

Step 1
Mix together olive oil, honey, and cinnamon. Toss with the butternut squash to coat. Roast until squash is tender.
Prepare tortellini according to package directions.
Brown butter. Add sage and radicchio. Toss with the tortellini, squash, and walnuts. Stir in pecorino romano.
