- 1 whole onion
- Giblets
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup turkey drippings (broth from roasting durkey)
- 1/2 cup flour

Step 1
Cook Giblets day before with 1/2 stalk celery. Chop 1 whole onion, cook with celery and giblets. Cook about 4 hours. Salt and pepper broth. Save a quart of broth for giblet gravy.
Chop giblets, add 1 cup of turkey drippings (broth from turkey and 1/2 cup flour to make gravy.
