Ingredients
- 1/2 each, onion, red pepper, green pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tasblespoons butter or margarine
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can light crem
- 1 tasblespoon white wine
- 1/2 cup sharp natural cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teapoon salt
- 1/4 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut in large chunks
- 3 tablespoons pimento, sliced
- Grated cheese
- Paprika

Step 1
Cook onion, green pepper and mushrooms in buter in heavy saucepan until tender; blend in soup, cream, wine and shredded cheese; add salt. Cook over low heat until cheese melts, stirring frequently Combine with spaghetti, chicken and pimento in buttered casserole; sprinkle lightly with grated cheese and paprika. Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
