Ingredients
- 1 small wheel of Brie or Camembert (9oz)
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- brad or crackers for serving

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place cheese on a rimmed baking sheet, bake 15-20 minutes until soft. Let cool 20 minutes on serving plate.
Place nuts on clean baking sheet. Bake until toasted, 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle nuts over cheese.
In small pan, combine sugar and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, simmer until foamy, 1-2 minutes. Drizzle sauce over cheese and nuts, serve with crackers or bread.
