Ingredients
- 1 cup butter; softened
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 1/4 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk; mix can milk, whole milk, or 1/2 & 1/2
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tsp rum extract
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1 tsp butternut extract
- 1 tsp amaretto liquor
- 1 tsp orange or pineapple extract

Step 1
Cream butter and crisco. Add sugar, cream for 10 minutes. Add eggs; one at a time, mix well. Sift flour, salt, baking powder. Add alternating with milk. Add flavorings. Bake at 325 degrees in 10" tube pan for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
