Ingredients
- 1 C. ricotta cheese
- 1/4 C. crumbled feta cheese
- 6 oz. shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 C. chopped tomato
- 3 T. finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 6 small flour tortillas, cut in half
- 3 T. vegetable oil
- 1 C. salsa
- Sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together the cheeses,tomato, parsley, salt and pepper. Spread filling onto each tortilla half; fold over and press down.
2. Brush each side with oil; bake for 5 minutes on each side, until crisp.
3. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
