Ingredients
- 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce (or coconut aminos to make this recipe soy free)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons tapioca starch or corn starch or arrowroot starch
- 1/4 cup cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix tapioca starch and cold water in a cup and dissolve.
Add tapioca starch water mixture to sauce in pan.
Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness.
Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. Will hold for a few months.
