Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp margarine
  • Filling
  • 5 8 oz pkgs cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Mix in food processor. Grease 9" spring form pan with butter.

In mixer bowl add sugar and flour; then start mixer. Add cream cheese one at a time. Mix only on low; until well creamed. Add eggs; one at a time. Add sour cream and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake in a 325 degree preheated oven. Wrap bottom of cake pan in tin foil and set over in another pan with 1 inch of hot water. Cook on next to bottom rack. Cook 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake moves evenly on top when moved. Remove from water and foil and cool completely before releasing sides of pan.
