- 2 (19 oz) cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat chickpeas dry with paper towels. Combine chickpeas, olive oil and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well.
Arrange chickpeas in a single layer on a jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 min, stirring twice. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
