Ingredients
- 1 loaf crusty round sour dough or French bread
- 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, minced

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use a serrated knife to slice off the top of the round crusty bread loaf. Cut or pull the soft center of the loaf away from the shell, leaving a 1" thickness of soft bread dough around the inside of the crust. Combine olive oil, garlic and parsley. Brush inside of bread bowl and dough side of lid with butter mixture. Bake in a conventional or toaster oven for 5-10 min until golden; cool.
