Ingredients
- 10 oz Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Dark Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pound semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3 TB unsalted butter cut into small pieces
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 12 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Butter 9x13" pan and line with parchment that over hangs the sides. In a metal bowl or double boiler, add all ingredients except salt. Gently heat mixture until chocolate has completely melted. Pour into pan and let cool at room temp. Sprinkle sea salt over each piece after cutting
