Ingredients

  • 1 C. uncooked wild rice, rinsed and drained
  • 1 C. celery, chopped
  • 1 C. carrots, chopped
  • 2 4-oz. cans mushrooms, drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 C. slivered almonds
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 # boneless round steak, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 3 C. water

Step 1

1. Layer ingredients in slow cooker in order listed. Do not stir.
2. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
3. Stir before serving.
