Ingredients
- 3 * 3 italian sausages, casing removed.
- 1/2 * 1/2 pound ground turkey or chicken
- 1 * 1 jar of pureed tomatoes
- 2 * 2 cups sliced mushrooms (or 1 can)
- 1 * 1 can italian style stewed tomatoes
- 1 * 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 * 1 package of fresh tortellini
- 1 * 1 cup shredded cheese (mozza, cheddar of half each)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown sausage meat and ground turkey, pour into slow cooker
2. Add tomato puree, mushrooms, stewed tomatoes and sugar. Stir.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours. 30 minutes before eating add tortellini and stir to cover with sauce. Top with cheese. Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the pasta is tender. Serve and enjoy!
