Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup Karo syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 cups peanuts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
COOK first 3 items to 240F. About 25-35 minutes.
ADD the peanuts. Cook to 300F. Do not overcook here!!! Stir continuously or the peanuts will burn.
REMOVE from heat; dump in baking soda, salt and butter. Stir like crazy until butter melts and mix is still white. Pour onto buttered foil. Don't spread. Let cool and then crack into pieces and store in airtight container.
