Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped ripe olives
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package Lawry's Taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 each egg white, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

IN medium bowl, combine ground beef, olives, mushrooms, water and Taco seasoning; blend well.

ROLL out dough into 2 12 inch squares. Cut each sheet into 9 squares. Place approx 2 teaspoons meat mixture in center of each square; moisten edges with water. Fold one corner over to form triangle and pinch edges together to seal. Brush with egg white. Place on ugreased baking sheet. Bake in 375 oven 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
