Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 TBS almond butter
- 2 TBS. pumpkinseeds
- 2 TBS. chi seeds
- 2 TBS. hemp seeds
- 4 walnuts
- 3 Brazil nuts
- 1 Lg. banana
- 1 TBS coconut oil
- 1/2 C. unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 C. water

Step 1
combine all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth.
if the shake is to thick, add water a little at a time until desired consistency.
