2 Tablespoons butter melted
1 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.

Combine in order given. ChilGood for crab or lobster dip.

Lemon Butter
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh chives minced

Blend thoroughly.

Good with lobster, crab, or shrimp.
