Ingredients
- Oven Temperature 350
- 1 cup sour red cherries
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup nuts

Step 1
Drain juice from cherries. Add soda to cherries and let stand. Mix sugar, melted butter and egg. Add cherries, salt and flour. Mix well. Add nuts. Pour into 7x11 inch pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
Amount: 8 servings.
