Ingredients
- 1 med patty pan squash
- 1 sm onion
- 1 sm sweet pepper
- 1 sm tomato
- red pepper flakes, optional
- Romano cheese
- Swiss cheese
- garlic pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Dice above ingredients. Sauté in olive oil. Add garlic pepper. Cover and cook until tender.
Add grated Romano cheese. Cover and cook to melt. Top with grated Swiss cheese and garlic pepper. Cover and cook to melt cheese.
