Ingredients

  • 3 5 oz. cans tuna packed in water, well drained.
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish
  • 3/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/8 cup Ranch dressing
  • 3/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl, combine tuna, onions, celery and relish. Mix well.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Mix thoroughly and add to tuna mixture. Fold together lightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve. May be prepared up to 3 days ahead.
