Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
- 4 oz. (1/4 of 1-lb. pkg.) VELVEETA®, cut into 4 slices
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Preparation
Step 1
Cook meat with peppers and yellow onions in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until meat is browned, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes, corn and barbecue sauce; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 15 min., stirring occasionally.
Spoon rice evenly into four soup bowls; top with the meat mixture and VELVEETA. Sprinkle evenly with green onions.
