Ingredients

1/3 cup coffee, very hot
1 6 oz. package chocolate chips
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
2 tablespoons creme de cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chips and coffee in blender. Turn on high for 30 seconds til smooth. Add yolks and liquid and blend 30 seconds. Beat whites til stiff. Pour chocolate over whites and fold.
