Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 bags of frozen peaches
- Small amount of lemon zest
- Champagne

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine sugar and water in pan on stove. Stir til dissolved. Remove and allow to cool- can put in Mason jar til cool
2. Add sugar syrup to blender. Add peaches to blender.
3. Add lemon zest.
4. Blend til smooth. Store blender with purée in fridge til ready to serve.
5. Pour purée in glass and top with champagne.
