Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 5 fresh basil leaves, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
  • 1 baguette (350 g), cut into 20 slices

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT broiler. Combine tomatoes, cheese, basil, garlic and 1/4 cup dressing; set aside.

BRUSH both sides of bread slices with remaining dressing.

BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 2 min. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides. Top with tomato mixture.
