French Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil or light olive oil
- lots of salt (added to taste)
- pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until the garlic is very finely chopped. Place in an airtight container and set aside for 15 - 20 minutes before dressing your salad to allow the flavours to meld together. Pour over your favourite salad and enjoy!
For a sweeter dressing, swap out the vinegar for fresh lemon juice, then add 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey.
