  • For Sauce, Melt:
  • 4 T. Butter
  • 2 T. Flour
  • 2 T. Chili Powder
  • 1 t. Salt
  • Heat until smooth, then add:
  • 1 C. Tomato Sauce
  • 2 C. Water
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add:
  • 1/2 T. Garlic Powder
  • 1 t. White Vinegar
  • Simmer covered 20-30 minutes

Hamburger or canned chicken
Salsa
Green Onions
Cheese
Corn Tortillas

Using Warm Tortillas, put in filling & roll, pour sauce over and add cheese.

Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes
