Ingredients
- For Sauce, Melt:
- 4 T. Butter
- 2 T. Flour
- 2 T. Chili Powder
- 1 t. Salt
- Heat until smooth, then add:
- 1 C. Tomato Sauce
- 2 C. Water
- Bring to a boil
- Add:
- 1/2 T. Garlic Powder
- 1 t. White Vinegar
- Simmer covered 20-30 minutes

Corn Tortillas
Using Warm Tortillas, put in filling & roll, pour sauce over and add cheese.
Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes
