Ingredients
- optional personal toppings:
- Penne Pasta 16 oz
- broccoli 2C
- garlic cloves 2
- butter 2 TB
- grape tomatoes 1 1/2 C
- can mushrooms whole 2 small cans
- all purpose flour 3 TB
- chicken broth 1/2 Box
- milk 1/4 C
- chunk ham 1 -1 1/2 pds
- orange bell pepper (optional) 1
- parmesan cheese 1 C
- salt
- pepper
- red chili flakes
- torn fresh basil

Preparation
Step 1
in large pot cook pasta according to pkg directions - adding broccoli the last 5 min
while pasta is cooking cut tomatoes in half and place in zip lock - add salt, pepper, olive oil - shake to coat
place face down on baking dish - cook for 7-10 min until the start to shrivel
in a large skillet saute garlic in butter for 1 min
stir in flour until well blended
add broth & milk
bring to a boil - stir for 2 min until thick
stir in ham, pepper, 1/2 the cheese
drain pasta - add ham mixture - toss to coat
add tomatoes & the rest of the cheese to each individual bowl
Bring to the table for individual use :
red chili flakes
pepper
torn fresh basil
