Ingredients
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 pound blue cheese, crumbled

Step 1
MIX together the vinegar, lemon juice and oil in a small bowl.
ADD the garlic, sugar, mustard, rosemary, paprika, parsley and cheese. Use immediately if you want the parsley to retain its fresh green color.
