Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, halved
- 3 cups water
- 1 package Mexican Rice seasoning mix
- 10 tostada shells, heated
- 1 pound can re fried beans
- 4 cups lettuce, finely shredded
- 4 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Mexican style cheese, grated
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Cup sour cream
- Chunky taco sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Poach chicken in seasoning mix for 1 hour or until tender. Remove skin and shred chicken. Keep warm. On each tostada, spread thin layer of re fried beans. Top with chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and onion rings. Beat sour cream with wire whip to thin. Top each tostada with a dollop. Serve with taco sauce.
