Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c. crushed graham crackers
• 1 stick of melted butter
• 1 stick of softened butter
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 lg. container of cool whip
• 2 c. confectioner's sugar
• 6-8 bananas sliced lengthwise
• 1 15 oz. can crushed, drained & squeezed pineapple
• Shaved chocolate bar or chocolate syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press into a 13x9 baking pan. Mix together cream cheese, softened butter and confectioners sugar-pour over the crust. Lay the bananas on the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle pineapple over the bananas. Cover with cool Whip. Shave a chocolate bar over the top or drizzle with chocolate syrup.
