- 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 6 oz. (2/3 of 9-oz. pkg.) Shaved Smoked Turkey Breast, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup drained roasted red pepper strips
- 1/2 Cucumber, diced
- 1 Tomato, Seeded and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Lo-Fat Caesar Dressing
- 4 pita breads, warmed, cut in half
