Ingredients
- 1 box hyellow cake mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 large package Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 envelopes dream whip
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut (Optional)

Step 1
Mix cake mix according to directions. Bake in 12 x 18 x 3 or 11 x 15 x 3 pan for 15 -20 minutes or as shown on package. Let cool. Mix until creamy 8 ounces cream cheese, pudding and milk. Spread on top of cake. On top of this add one can crushed pineapple (drained well) Whip 2 envelopes of Dream Whip according to package directions. Spread on top of pineapple.
Spread on 1 can Angle Flake Coconut. You can add cherries and nuts if desired.
Really delicious-So good served cold on a hot day!
I used 1 small can Lopez coconut milk for part of milk. called for in this recipe. Really good. Dick loved this cake.
