Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 lb boneless pork loin
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • 2 cups spaghetti (about 4 oz dry)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slice pork across the grain into thin strips.

2. In 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 Tbs of hot oil, stir fry half of the pork until browned. Remove; set aside. Repeat with remaining pork.

3. Reduce heat to medium. In same skillet, in remaining 1 Tbs of hot oil, stir fry broccoli and onion with ginger until tender crisp.

4. Stir in soup, water and soy. Heat to boiling. Return pork to skillet; add spaghetti. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
