Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 C. + 3 T. sugar
- 2 squares Baker’s unsweetened chocolate
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1 T. butter
- 8 oz. cool whip
- Chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Set out ice cream to soften. Crush Oreo cookies and combine with butter. Press into 9x13-inch pan. Chill. Spread ice cream over crushed cookies. Freeze. Mix evaporated milk, sugar, and chocolate. Cook and stir until thick (approx. 25-30 min.). Add 1 T. vanilla and butter. Allow to cool completely; spoon over ice cream and return to freezer. Spread cool whip over chocolate freezer; sprinkle nuts over top and freeze.
