Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 package 16oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 8 each eggs, beaten
- 1 cup chilled whip cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350. Line a springform pan with foil.
HEAT everything but eggs on low heat and stir constantly. Remove from heat and add eggs. Pour into springform pan and bake 45-50 minutes or maybe even 60. Toothpick in the center.
TOP with whip cream and powdered sugar.
