Ingredients
- 4 No. 2 can carrots, sliced (6 or 9 cans)
- 1/2 carrot juice (2 or 3 cans)
- 3 tablespoons corn starch (3 tbsp or 4 tbsps)
- 1 cup brown sugar (1 1/4 c or 1 1/2 c)
- 1/2 cup white sugar (3/4 c and 3/4 c)
- 1 stick margarine melted (1 stick or 2 sticks)
Preparation
Step 1
Dump drained carrots in bowl. In another bowl, mix juice and corn starch til starch dissolves. Add sugars. Add melted margarine. Pour over carrots and mix gently. Bake 2 hours uncovered at 350. Stir occasionally. To reheat, 350 uncovered 30 minutes.
