Ingredients
- 6 bacon strips, halved
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz each)
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 1/4 C red wine vinegar
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 thin slices sweet onion
- 6 thin slices tomato
- 6 thin slices avocado
- 6 thin slices monterey jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
cook bacon according to pkg directions
drain
meanwhile, flatten chicken to an even thickness
in lg. resealable plastic bag, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, oregano & pepper
add chicken
seal bag & turn to coat
refrig for at least 30 min
drain & discard marinade
grill chicken uncovered over med heat for 6 min on each side
move chicken to edges of grill
top each w/ 2 bacon pieces & one slice of onion, tomato, avocado & cheese
cover & grill 4-6 min longer or until cheese is melted
