Ingredients
- 1 6oz. log of goat cheese, cold
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg, scrambled
- 1 c. panko
- garlic salt, pepper, paprika
- Olive oil

Step 1
Cut the log of goat cheese into 4 equal slices.
Put flour and spices in one bowl, egg in another bowl and panko in a third bowl.
Dip each goat cheese slice into the flour mixture, then egg, then panko. Put on a plate and refrigerate until ready to fry.
Heat 1/4 " olive oil in a small fry pan until hot. Place cheese slices in the pan and fry until golden on each side and the cheese is soft in the middle.
Serve 2 slices with a dinner salad.
