  • 1/4 lb margarine
  • 12 frozen blintzes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine in oven in a 9x 13 Pyrex. Place frozen blintzes in it. Mix other ingredients in blender. Pour evenly over blintzes. Put in fridge 3 hours or overnight with saran wrap. Bake 350, 1 hour
