Ingredients

  • 1 12oz jar orange marmalade
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 frying chicken, cut up
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 C corn flake crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

combine marmalade, lemon juice, soy sauce & salt
dip chicken pieces in marmalade mixture
roll in crumbs to coat well
arrange pieces in shallow baking pan, skin side up
cover w/ foil, bake @ 375 for 25 min
remove foil
bake 35 minutes loger or until tender & lightly browned
heat remaining marmalade mixture
serve w/ chicken
