Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinagrette Dressing
- 3 Tbsp A1
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 clvoes garlic, minced
- 1 Boneless beef sirloin steak (1lb)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dressing, 2 tbsp steak sauce, sugar and garlic until well blended. Pour over steak in a shallow pan. Turn steak to coat both sides. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a large skillet add onions, cook and sitr 5 minutes. Cover and cook on medium heat 15 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
Heat broiler. Broil steak 4 inches from heat 8 minutes on each side.
Remove from broiler and cover with onions.
